Get Closer.

From the pueblos of Argentina to the deserts of Syria, I go to the places the headlines get wrong, and the ones they never mention. Then I show you what's really there. 127 countries so far. More than half a million people following along.

What I believe

There is good to be found in every corner, country and culture of this world.

My goal is to bring it out.

I grew up in O'Fallon, Missouri, and spent five years in a corporate job. Good job. Safe path.

Then my dad's death woke me up. It made me realize that someday isn't guaranteed. So I left my job, my comfort and my home. Not just to see the world, but to understand it.

127 countries later, I've found connection in places I was taught to fear, and beauty where the headlines said there was none.

The mission

Show what's really there. In the places the world gets wrong, and in the lesser-known places it overlooks.

People are not their governments.

A country can have political problems, security concerns and hard times, and extraordinary people, all at once.

Not a lie. Just not the whole truth.

The headlines show one part of a place. I go and film the rest.

Beauty hides off the map.

Some places never make the news at all. A small village in rural Argentina deserves to be seen as much as any famous city. I go looking for those too.

Minds change up close.

Through proximity, conversation and curiosity. That's why I bring people with me.

Where I am now

Syria looked nothing like the headlines. So I stayed.

I went to Syria for the first time in May 2025. I've now spent nine months there and been to every one of its 14 governorates.

I filmed all of it, from the ground and from the sky, and millions of people have watched.

That's why people travel with me. They've seen the videos. Now they want to stand there themselves.

It's all about community

Strangers on day one. Friends by day two.

By day two, you know everyone.
